That was like end all be all.
But now my tolerance has raised.
My capacity to carry debt as a business owner has increased.
And I'm not like, oh, my God, I have debt.
It's not as problematic and as stressful.
I think so many people struggle with self-sabotage because they don't know what it is.
They're not aware of it, aware of what's happening.
Self-sabotage is when one part of your brain is like, yes, I want to get out of debt.
Yes, I want to build wealth.
I want to invest more and put more money in investments.
And your logical brain has this big goal.
But the other half of your brain is like, wait a second.
That's a whole nother level for us.
Like, we don't know what that is.
That's scary.
And so you're the other half of your brain will do everything that it can to bring you back down to where you're comfortable.
And maybe that is and I use comfortable in air quotes and maybe that is, you know, six figures of debt or maybe that is like having the minimum in your 401k or in your and not investing at all.
Even though logically you're like, no, I need more.
But your tolerance level, your capacity to have wealth is low.
And so the other half of your brain is like, nope, we're going to create all these thoughts and all these stories over here to keep you exactly where you are, keep you spending so you don't have more than $1,000 in your bank account, keep you doing this.
