I think we all wear a sign around our neck every day that says, make me feel important today.

And so if you can help someone feel like they're important in their role, their feelings are important, their concern is important, it goes a long way in gaining trust and alignment to like move towards the next thing.

Yeah, it's a really great question and it's really important.

I also think

To something you're set, it's not that hard.

You just have to be intentional about it, okay?

And there's this thing, it's called a cell phone.

And you can text on it and you can actually call people.

And there's this thing called audio text, which is awesome where somebody can hear your voice, Jordan.

And so I am a huge fan of both personally and professionally check on people.

I have probably, I don't know, 10, 12 people at ThreeFlow where I'm like, there's not a week that goes by where I'm like, how you doing?

You okay?

And I don't do it in Slack where it's always in a company thing.

And like sometimes it's an audio message, or I send a funny picture I saw over the weekend, or I'm sending them a link to something on in some reel on Instagram.

With people differently.

I mean, some of the back and forth I have with people on Instagram, like, is comical in my nine to five job, right?

It's like, oh, did you see this one?

That was that meeting.
