And so when you move into a senior leadership role.
You are expected to be less of a doer and more of a leader.
And as a leader.
That means you have the people on the team who know all the gory details.
It's no longer your job anymore to like do it all.
And that can be very anxiety-producing for many people because they don't know it themselves.
And it is a new muscle you need to learn to be confident in a meeting with your executive team peers and say, Yeah, I have no idea.
I gotta go ask somebody.
All right, cool.
And not
like have a heart attack about that being your answer, right?
Kind of thing.
Um so I think that's
Having the confidence to know.
You know, people wouldn't ask for you to be put into a job or wouldn't wouldn't hire you into a role if they thought you weren't qualified to do it.
And nobody expects you at a senior leadership role to know everything.
