And I ask about that because if people had eating disorders when they're putting on their peak bone mass, that can affect their bone mass.

I know that patient's at a high risk.

I need to, you know.

It's one of the biggest risk factors, absolutely.

And I think that we need to do a better job of figuring out who should be screened earlier for osteoporosis.

And unfortunately, the lack of data then gets translated by the U.S.

Presentative Services Task Force as, well, we shouldn't do it.

Okay, well, lack of data doesn't mean we shouldn't do it.

Lack of data means we need to figure out how to do it.

But I don't know how well those actually pan out long-term.

Like, I think that, like, so for example, I'm a participant in the WISDOM study, and they gave us a polygenic risk score.

But when I talk to a genetic counselor, I mean, they're now studying trying to decide

what does that actually mean long-term in the incidence of breast cancer mortality or breast cancer diagnosis or breast cancer screening?

So I don't know that we have, like, the long-term data to say what some of those risk scores actually mean.

I mean, I could be wrong, but, I mean, from a breast cancer standpoint, I don't think we can tell people that it can raise or lower your risk, but we can't speak in absolutes.

So I would tell people that we do not have the long-term data to answer that question.

So it comes back to, like in everything in medicine, we need to individualize.
