Like professionals want to talk about like, you know, these camera angles, they want to talk about the lighting.
Like you sort of have built a library or like a a collection toolkit, yes.
of um post training like
I would call it data and toolkits that can apply these on any model that you can like grab the weights on so that they are adapted to like a different audience where they can express their creativity in a bit different uh fashion to control the model when it unlocks a lot of capability underneath.
It's uh such a exciting world for uh movie lovers, consumers, people who consume a a lot of video and and creative content.
That's awesome.
Well for the audience, check out uh the content coming out of the the Gem Media conference.
It it's gonna be very, very exciting.
And thank you so much for Twan coming onto our show.
It's a super exciting time for Gem Media.
Where do you see the gap that's happening today?
So I'll start a question from when Laos got starting twenty twenty four after your team discovered that all the public benchmarks are just not sufficient enough to measure model progress and there needs to be a new methodology and approach coming to keep us on the frontier and help model labs continue to hill climb.
Take us back to the the inception of WALS and what you see was missing in the market then.
I guess one of the obvious question is why do you think the labs can't do this by themselves? 'Cause they know the best of where the models are hill climbing on and what is missing capability wise.
Why can't they be the benchmarking stewards?
Actually, maybe one question for you, Ben, on just like how the industry has formed before intelligence came through.
Like we're now measuring something that's very fluid versus before, like when we're talking about enterprise software, there's Gartner rating on like 70 different metrics.
Like you can sort of stack rank on the quadrant to say this company has these features covered, these features not.
But now it's like very jack frontier, that's very hard to measure given in the
industries.
