But yeah, but then at the end of the day, a lot of times we're sitting there thinking, oh my gosh, I didn't get this done or I didn't do really well at this.
And you give yourself such a hard time for the things you didn't get done.
But yeah, I mean, if we just focus on what we did get done and then tell ourselves we're doing this really well tomorrow because I didn't quite touch on this today, let's do it really well tomorrow.
You know, I think one of the things that we fail to do sometimes is we don't say yes when we could have said yes.
And, you know, there's a lot of talk.
I mean, I even have a company that is about, you know, burnout and about like helping people like self-care and all of those things.
Like the Remote Scribe Company is about like
you know, physicians avoiding burnout and avoiding all those stresses and letting somebody take over, take over that kind of work for you.
So, so in theory, a lot of people talk about, well, it's okay to say no, it's okay to say no to things.
But I think saying yes, isn't exactly the opposite.
It's saying yes to the things that matter to you the most.
Say yes to letting somebody do this work for you.
Say yes to taking care of yourself.
Say yes to that position that you
weren't sure you were qualified for, but you're going to try really hard because there's a lot of people out there that are not qualified for the positions they're in.
And they said, yes.
Uh, micro commentary.
But anyways, but
But we should say yes.
And especially women, especially women.
