Mario Shea ran it and looked at how our abortion legislation.

So exactly that issue that we talked about so that, you know, they were very close to the 12 week limit.
They wanted to get an abortion and those three days made the difference between having a termination and not having one.
And the review, I think this is really important and something that I haven't heard discussed much this week was that GPs felt that it was problematic in particular for marginalised and vulnerable service users and
And I think when you think about the kind of women and the kind of life circumstances that would suggest that you maybe realise quite late that you're pregnant and then you maybe know instinctively that you want to get an abortion, but it's difficult for you to organise yourself or to get your life together or to make the decisions or to be in a position to go to your GP and request one.
You know, it's less likely to be the kind of professional middle class women with access to money, with access to decision making.
They'll all be well clear of the 12 week limit and will have made their decision and gone ahead and got it done.
The ones who probably most need help and compassion and a very quick decision are probably people who are most marginalised and vulnerable.
It still exists, just so people know it.
It's kind of a foregone conclusion.
