defense contractors, including drone makers and rare earth producers, on an export control list.
It bans exporters from selling Chinese products that have dual-use purposes, meaning both military and non-military applications to the sanctioned U.S.
firms.
Forty-six other American companies are also barred from participating in Chinese government procurement projects.
