Appearances
of what you are doing while you are doing it.
It's being present in the moment.
Not judging yourself, not trying to change what's happening, but becoming aware.
Because you can't fix a problem that you don't even know you have, right?
So
when you're practicing mindfulness and even just like sitting here right now, like noticing what's happening in your body.
And I noticed my legs were like crossed very tightly for some reason.
So I I don't know why, but like I think I'd probably be more comfortable if I sat more relaxed, right?
So just noticing that I wouldn't have noticed if I didn't we didn't just talk about mindfulness.
And so when you start to become more aware of how you feel in the moment, what your thoughts are in the moment, what your, you know, physical, your body feels like, your emotions feel like, then when they come up in times of stress.
You're sort of training your brain to say, okay, that's just a feeling.
That is just a thought.
And I will allow myself to feel it without trying to change it, without trying to judge it.
And it's probably in the next ninety seconds, like it's gonna go away.
Cause feelings, they don't last forever.
The good ones don't and the bad ones don't.
So just noticing it and and understanding like where's this feeling coming from?
What is it trying to tell me?
And just noticing it.
So we're like not living on autopilot.
