I just kept on doing it and I kept on doing it and I kept on doing it.
Another thing that I found very, very helpful was the sort of the meditation on detachment of things from the world.
That is my favorite one because a couple for a couple of reasons.
Obviously, we all have problems.
You know, 2025 was a year of sort of personal crisis for me and in a couple of different ways.
And I didn't make it worse.
And the reason I didn't make it worse was because I had that sense of detachment.
Let God take care of it.
And, you know, limiting myself and my restlessness and my yearning.
And these are very, very, very, very, very valuable tools.
It's also a very valuable meditation when you're in this business, when you are delivering sort of hot takes and looking at sort of the Internet landscape and the attention economy.
And it's a very good guidepost to be reminded of all the time that let God guide you and not the attention economy, essentially.
