Um probably more from the industry point of view.
Like I knew lots of musicians.
Right.
But meeting all of the like APRA team and things like that, that takes time just going somewhat awkwardly to um like Christmas functions that they have and and introducing yourself.
But um no, they've been very welcoming.
So I'm very grateful for

I played to the Tamworth Country Music Festival happens every year and I've gone to that for thirteen years um from New Zealand.
I used to go over every year and um played everywhere I could, busted on the street, did anything um that anyone would let me do.
And then a couple of years ago I played a show of my own, a little tiny show, and there were two people there.
who came in, I knew they hadn't been to a gig before and they sang just about every word to my songs.
And so I talked to them afterwards.
Um and had no idea but they are actually really great friends of Casey's.
Um, they're not musical, but they um love music and so they sent her my music.
And then a few months later I got this um Instagram message from Casey Chambers.
And she said, I've been listening to your music and um I love it and um I'd love to see you play we were playing the same festival um in October of that year on the Gold Coast and she came along to a gig, sat there and and listened to the whole show, sat in the front row, which was the best and the worst thing that had ever happened.
I was g I was
It was a bit scary.
I was there, my little sister was playing in the band as well and um yeah, it took me a little while to make eye contact with her.
