Oh, I love this question.

So I started the business about 13 years ago.

And when I started it, we were doing it as a mobile business.

I was running it inside of a a workspace that I was like a co-working space, a co like a machine shop.

And I started there, classes took off, it was doing really well.

And I ended up getting a brick and mortar location.

And so we kind of like a karate studio, people would come to our location and we would build robots there.

And so then as the years went by.

We're always running the mobile business, but I kept getting more and more brick and mortar.

And we're based out of New York City.

And anyone in New York City who has commercial real estate knows how expensive it is to be a commercial tenant.

And so I started to realize that having all these leases and taking on all this personal liability of all these leases was actually a pretty tough way to grow a business.
