And so I actually don't know.
Know who told me this, but someone said, Hey, you ought to think about franchising.
And so my friend Carrie and I went to the IFE in 2015.
And we went to all of the talks and all the panels, and we just started to learn about what is franchising and does it make sense for a business model like ours?
And that was really where kind of the light went off above my head.
And it was like, whoa, this is this incredible opportunity.
So my background is
I'm a mechanical engineer.
I really like processes.
I really like systems.
When I was a child, I had a pet frog.
The neighbor took care of my pet frog, and I had written like a 40-page instruction manual on how to take care of this pet frog.
And my neighbor said to me when I was a kid, hey, when you grow up, you should write instruction manuals.
And I was like, I remember getting mad.
Nobody writes instruction manuals for a job.
That's a horrible idea.
But then, you know, full 360, 2015, we're learning about franchise.
We learned about the importance of an instruction manual and a person who likes to write processes and systems.
And it was like, hey, this is actually this incredible way to expand the business.
