And I think it might just be a little harder with a private equity group.
Well, we didn't even talk about the for endowment, which is this amazing thing that Stan came up with, where one of our first, our second franchise that we ever offered a franchise to was a competition.
And we were looking for an individual who had all of the things that you would need to be to be an awesome franchise owner, but maybe not bags of extra cash hanging around at their home.
And so Anne helped us create this competition.
It was this amazing experience where we brought
Seven judges.
We reviewed all the candidates and then we awarded it to a very wonderful person named Janine, and she was our second franchise owner.
So that's something that I'm just really proud about.
But the funny thing is actually one of the seven judges, Richard Snow, liked the concept so much that he is now our Philadelphia franchise owner.
So I think that that was a very innovative way.
Thank you so much, Stan, for that idea of getting your name out there, finding individuals.
That really aligns with your brand.
And it was actually just a really fun experience.
So that was one thing.
The other thing that I would want to say is I just want to give a shout out to CGI, which is another company that Stan had introduced us to.
Because we had never done franchise recruitment before, because we've never done Frandef before, we wanted to make sure that we came up with a system and a process that was awesome and would help us make sure that we were finding the right candidates.
And that is something that CGI has this whole system called.
called ROS and it has been extremely useful to us to make sure that we're kind of following the franchise development process correctly and finding the best people.
So I think those would be the two things, Dan, that I'd want to bring in.
