I've thought about it a lot actually.
And and they have been knocking on the door, which is actually very flattering and and you know, it feels really nice.
For me, it's really important that we set up the system for success and that it aligns with who we are as a brand and make sure that that foundation is super duper strong before we would ever even consider going with the private equity group.
One of the things that Stan did when we started.
Started the business is that I was talking to him about the culture within our company is a huge asset to the business and it's a big part of who we are.
And I said, Stan, when I find these franchise owners, how am I going to know if they're going to share those values and are they going to align with us?
And he said, Well, why don't you do a big meeting with all of your team members and have them all say what makes Brooklyn Robot Foundry special for them?
And
See if you can glean any company values out of that exercise.
So we did it.
It was a maybe a one-hour, two hour event where everybody came in and they said, these are all the things that are important to me as a person who works for this brand.
And then we had Lee, who was our head of marketing and advertising, make a sheet of what our company values are.
And so those company values now are the driving force of how we do franchise recruitment.
It's something that we show to all the franchises.
owners, it's something that we talk about internally.
And it's a big part of ensuring that the culture of the brand is consistent and stays as we expand.
So is that something that private equity could do?
Perhaps.
But to me it feels a little bit more personal because it really kind of is connected to who I am as an individual.
