So it has to be a person that knows how to, how to coach, how to mentor, how to inspire their staff.

So it's really a people person, and that's what we're looking for.

If we can teach a two-year-old how to build a robot, we can teach an adult.

So it doesn't need to be an engineer.

They don't need to have an engineering background.

They don't even need to have a teaching background.

Just have to be a people person.

This is gonna sound like you told me to say this, but I would say hire Stan.

Because everything that you're ever gonna need to know, but everything you didn't even know that you need to know.

And if you don't hire Stan, hire I don't even think there is anybody like Stan.

I would also say you should go to conferences, go to the panels, learn as much as you can from people that are in the franchising world.

One of the things I did a lot of is I did a lot of listening.

We went to Springboard conference, and that was really good because I was listening to all of the things that the other franchise

Who had been running for a long time were saying were their biggest mistakes.

So of course we're gonna still make mistakes, but it was nice to hear the things that we should be looking out for.

So listen, find an expert that is gonna help you connect.

Those would be the things that I would say.

And I think the other thing is always remember why you're doing this.

And the reason why we're doing this is because we really believe in this business.

It's a really cool business, it empowers young kids.
