I'm not his typical investment.
I happen to be working with one of his companies as a vendor.
Got it.
They liked what we did.
And he called me up and said, I'd like to fly out and meet you and see if this is something I want to invest in.
And so it was proof.
Not debt.
That's correct.
Control, ability to function.
Totally.
With this acquisition, it didn't go the way I wanted to.
It's still, again, yet to be proven how it's going to work out.
But if I had to sit there and go, well, my investor is saying this, this, and this to me, it would change my actions right now.
And I would not be making the right decision for the company.
And I don't have to listen to what they are wanting.
I have to do what's best for the company.
And that's the difference with my investment.
Well, so we have over 1,000 customers, but that's not the whole story because they're agencies, remember.
And so those agencies' customers could also be called our customers.
And in general, in our industry, we'll call it 50,000 customers.
