was this guy named okazaki out in japan and he had created this okazaki massage style he had a student named sig kufrov this guy was out of the bay area and they all trained me in this kind of body work style which is very useful because you mess something up you know um you have ways to heal it so that was kind of the you know the triad
with the martial arts was the yoga and then the massage and yeah i taught that you know 10 years at a university and again schools all over the place it was a great life i learned so much from it i loved it because it was it was a creative thing um but yeah that's how oh sharon tate you asked about right so that's a that's where we were going yeah it's a weird one so

There was this studio, and when I was doing the warrior yoga thing, Lululemon, I guess, was like, will you come be an ambassador, and we're going to take some photos, and you put your photo up, you're an ambassador.
I'm like, okay, do a yoga class inside the studio.
I'm like, sure.
