The Disney thing is so interesting to me because that was actually something I was kind of deep on.
This guy, Carl Safina, he's more – is he more of an anthropologist or more of a behavioralist?
Yeah, but this sort of creation of anthropomorphic characters through Disney, I mean, they were, you know, if you track this sort of correlation to, you know, entry points into, you know, mainstream culture, you know, they're easy, they're great devices for human emotion.
But then there's this more perverse side of, you know, it creates these demands for pets.
You know, Zootopia, we would snakes.
Like Zootopia had a snake as a central character and it's going crazy in China, you know.
But that's the, you know, so these well-intentioned things and these ways in which we portray animals.
