they feel that each alter and each part are extraordinary in their own way.

If I'm being completely honest, it has been a very lonely road, you know, but slowly I'm building.

I have some friends in my life now that just accept me for who I am.

And I'm surrounded by people that see more than me.

just my trauma you know in fact they they they see me as as Jess and and that's what's important and I think that surrounding you surrounding yourself with people that have an awareness and are accepting of what you have been through but really want to embrace who you are as a person is just it's it's so incredible and it brings me so much hope because

It reminds me, you know, that, okay, yeah, you know, I've got a terrible family, but, you know, that the family that you build is community, you know, and that's what I'm doing.

I'm building that community around me and that's extraordinary.

wasn't allowed to draw so you know the journey really started with you know going uh going down to the to um the rocks and getting ochre and drawing on on the rocks you know and and making little little houses under the trees you know with moss and everything so that was kind of you know I guess my first way of expressing and then having a moment just for you as a child
