to pain so sometimes I'm not yet able to feel pain at all I'm my sense of of taste I can switch that off so these are all areas that you know have obviously someone's made you a really awful meal yeah I can just switch off to it yeah absolutely tell them their cooking's great yeah yeah absolutely yeah um yeah so yeah it's um it's it's yeah and and also you know I'm obviously I don't you know

compete or, you know, I don't run at high levels anymore.

But, you know, if I'm in a certain state, you know, my heart rate will still be at an elite level, you know, and it changes.

My heart rate changes.

My blood pressure changes, you know, that, yeah.

Yeah.

And again, I think for each individual it's different because you're at a different healing process with it.

For me, I get a lot of the – it comes through with feelings and certain actions and whatnot.

But yeah, I will – it is incredibly tiring.

So for instance, trying to decide on what to wear.

There's a pull.

There's always a pull or a push.

Sitting down to start an art piece that I want to do and next minute there's about 10 different styles of art that I've created that I didn't even know that I could create that's just there and it's just constant.

Deciding what to eat.

I might go to have a coffee and

Because I feel like a coffee, but then as I go to have it, the taste of it is just so horrific.

And then sometimes I might crave strawberry milk randomly, you know.

So, yeah, it is.

And that constant pull, push, like time management is what is incredibly difficult.

But, yeah, I think that it is something that really needs to be embraced more in society because it is just absolutely an incredible thing, you know.
