So that gap can either be like a pit of despair or a sandbox of opportunity.

And so really our ambition is pulled.

We can have anxious ambition, which comes from a place where we're working because we feel behind or we're in a comparison spiral, which happens a lot.

Or there's inspired ambition, which is we're working because we feel like we're making something better or working something that's deeply interesting to us.

So we got to get comfortable that there will always be a gap.
