And something you were saying that I just realized right now is kind of a litmus test that we can give ourselves is how do we feel when we receive feedback?

I used to, when I would receive feedback, it would be, I would get on the defense.

Oh my gosh, I'm being attacked.

I'm not good enough.

I'm not there yet.

And then now if I get feedback from credible people, I am so excited because I truly do want to know how I can be better.

And so almost like what's your disposition when someone's giving you feedback?

Can be really telling as to like how you see yourself in your pursuit of ambition.

Is it this...

like hamster wheel rat race?

Or is it, oh, I'm really excited to see what I can become.

So like any normal human being, I find myself at 9 p.m.

scrolling and comparing myself to all the other squares on the Internet.

And I have found that, you know, you can see people who have something that you want in two different ways.

comparison is seeing someone else's win as your loss.

You know, they got the stage, they got the Ted talk, they got the, you know, accolade.

I didn't get it.

So therefore I'm less than them.

So comparison is seeing someone's win as your loss and,

inspiration, however, is seeing someone else's win as evidence that it's possible for you.
