I do talk to my kids about the stuff that I'm quote unquote sneaking in.
But that's where we're at.
You've got to figure out where your kids are at with all of this, right?
My kids, you know, we've been talking about it for for years about what the body needs and why I put cauliflower in the sauce and, you know, whatever, all these weird things.
And we laugh about it sometimes, too, because sometimes it doesn't turn out so well.
And, you know, the kids know that I do what I do and they know why I do what I do.
But if you have a super picky eater, I mean, their body needs these foods and their cells on a cellular level need to learn how to recognize them as well.
So if you need to start by, you know, shifting the palate by getting these foods in in a way that's not threatening to them, then that's a great place to start.
You know, and some people can't even start with the food.
Some people have to start with some supplements.
and get those in and just get those nutritional bases covered and then start expanding the palate using different foods.
So it really depends on where you're starting from.
Yeah.
I mean, I think really all children do.
Mm-hmm.
No matter what.
I do think they're living in this perfect storm.
You know, they've got so much stress to deal with.
And our food is not what it used to be, sadly.
So I and this is one of the things I tell I tell people when they're starting when they're embarking on this is that, you know, we're not fixing your child.
