And I think there's a level there of that connection piece, like the values, the purpose, and helping your team feel that for themselves.
That internal, I guess, versus external kind of drivers and factors.
Yeah, look, it's a big one.
Yeah, look, plenty of tips here.
Something I've said for a very, very long time is if a meal or snack is brown or white, it's not complete.
Right.
So what colour can we add to it?
And basically that's saying what fruit or vegetables can you add to something?
So if you start with that kind of philosophy, I do love a good plate model.
And so if you're eyeballing breakfast, lunch or dinner or your snacks, you know, a third to a half of the plate,
Ideally, that's what you want for your salad or your vegetables.
And then so maybe for you that might be increasing that, choosing your whole grain options, choosing your multigrain options, you know, white rice to brown rice and quinoa kind of vibes.
Maybe it's adding beans to your spaghetti bolognese or your Mexican burrito bowl or that kind of thing.
Um, the gut health piece we were talking about, there's a bit of a target and look, all of this is in the nutrition chapter in the book.
Um, but it's about aiming to hit 30 different plant foods a week.
And so you can do a little bit of a sense check on where you're at.
A plant is anything grown in the ground, fruit, veg, nuts, seeds, lentils, legumes, herbs, and spices.
And so if your number's 10, five, whatever it is, if you can start to increase that,
use that plate ratio, all of that will increase your fibre.
Great.
