And on June 30th, Ana Paulina Luna, they held a hearing on whether or not MKUltra did happen.
And is it still going on?
And what was interesting in that hearing is that they made inferences.
Many of the participants there were questioning the witnesses, and they were making inferences about RF emissions.

So they are aware that this is happening and what Rafe is describing is how intrusive and cognitively this can be to someone.

And he demanded that they stop communicating with him that way.
And then he wanted to go back to traditional means like the electronic dropbox, the email type scenarios.
And so that was quite striking because he had leverage.
He has a unique skill set that most humans do not.
Because if I think if he did not have that skill set of being in the magnetometry field and his expertise, they probably would have just left the system go and he may not be speaking to us today.
