Of course you're allowed to hope a team wins and root for a team, but your job in the booth between opening kickoff and the end whistle is to just be impartial.

I I I think it comes back to earth a little bit.

And I I I think a lot of people feel like they overachieved a year ago.

Um I think there've been some some some personnel moves, especially at wide receiver, that that potentially changed things as well.

Um but you know, listen, Drake May now entering what, his third year?

And his comfortability and sort of how good he looked up until the playoffs a season ago, I mean, gives you great hope for them.

I think, you know, obviously, you know, with me, I I always look inside the division.

And sort of what you're going up against and Josh Allen, you know, a reigning MVP and and Buffalo and sort of the sleeping giant.

And still obviously question marks about them as well.

I think a team that that could really break out to me is is Chicago uh and take the next step.

I you know I'm a big believer in in year two for a quarterback.

Obviously, this is not Caleb Williams' second year in the league, but it is year two for Caleb Williams with

Ben Johnson.

And you know, with with the weapons they have, the one-two punch at running back, Colton Lovelin entering his second year at tight end, the receiver room is is stocked again with the do on Dunze and and Luther Burden.

I mean, I think I think Chicago could be the breakout team.

I mean, they gave the Rams a run in the playoffs last year, and this is sort of, I think, a team that that might take that next.

I think Atlanta, Chicago, maybe Houston are like three teams that that have the uh have the firepower.

Uh Houston has the defense.

Uh Atlanta's skill set, skill position group is as good as you're going to find.

The big question there obviously a quarterback, but it's the NFC South.
