According to the Constitution, presidents and governors can't make one law.
Congress and legislatures have to do that.
Governors and presidents lead, but it requires the Congress or the state legislature to make a law.
Now, we've got presidents now signing executive orders, so the Constitution, again, is getting violated, I think, there.
That's what really, Adam, what we need to do.
We have to go back to the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
Those are the fabric of a nation.
