Well, my plan, I already said that if I ran for president, I would run on one issue and one issue alone, and that would be this.

I would give the United States people the opportunity to make history.

If they elected me, I would be the first president since George Washington who does not belong to a political party.

Imagine that.

George Washington is the only president we've ever had who does not belong to one of these gangs.

Nothing.

No, they could stop you.

Because people need to understand...

According to the Constitution, presidents and governors can't make one law.

Congress and legislatures have to do that.

Governors and presidents lead, but it requires the Congress or the state legislature to make a law.

Now, we've got presidents now signing executive orders, so the Constitution, again, is getting violated, I think, there.
