Gillian, almost complete silence from the sheriff's office, which we're standing in front of right now today, and very little investigative activity that we have seen on the ground anywhere at Nancy Guthrie's house or at any other location today.
And I think that speaks to the idea that the focus now is really on trying to figure out what is happening today.
And if so, how do the Guthrie family and investigators reach out to those kidnappers?
That's what they're trying to do, is establish some form of contact beyond the notes they've already received.
As for those notes, we know that TMZ and Harvey Levin received one of them.
Harvey was going through what he said was a time frame in which the kidnapper or kidnapper's
promised to return Nancy Guthrie if the ransom was paid.
And TMZ put together a kind of radius that that might be given that timeframe.
That radius, by the way, includes literally millions of square miles.
Also mentioned, according to the FBI in the ransom notes, were floodlights at Nancy Guthrie's home.
Our drone team were able to zoom in today on one particular floodlight next to a back door of Nancy Guthrie's property, a white floodlight.
Another thing that we wanted to point out to you guys is some door knocking that was being done by investigators in Annie Guthrie's neighborhood just yesterday.
Now, that may or may not be significant, but it struck us because the sheriff is still not willing to tell us whether it was Annie Guthrie or her husband Tommaso who dropped Nancy Guthrie off at her home
on Saturday night, therefore the last person to see Nancy Guthrie.
