And I will tell you what Jay-Z's team did was brilliant.
I mean, yes, they put forward a strong statement denying the allegations at the time, but they basically did their own investigation and –
And we're able to prove that he wasn't where the alleged victim had said at the time he was.
So if right now Tyler Perry is going to move forward, he'll have a legal response to this.
It's called an answer, but he'll try to move for a motion to dismiss.
And if he can prove through text messages or surveillance tapes or whatever it may be to say, I'm going to actually disprove a number of the allegations in this complaint.
That is going to be his best avenue to move forward and maybe do a bit of background research on this, because, yes, these allegations are serious.
Yes, they are salacious.
But remember, they are allegations at this point.
But it'll be very interesting to see how Tyler Perry, who will most certainly put forward a very strong legal team, how he's going to respond to this, because it couldn't be more serious for him.

Well, one thing I'll just add to this, and Simone might disagree, based on the response that we have seen from Tyler Perry's camp, it doesn't feel like they're denying so much there was something going on between them.
It's not like they came out and said, this is totally fake.
I have no idea what it is.
I have no idea.
No, it almost seems like they're saying there was something going on, but everybody was on the same page.
and Tyler Perry, and it was Derek who was manipulating the situation with Tyler Perry and using it now to his advantage to file a lawsuit.
But again, we're in the beginning stages of this.
