absolutely and again this is like a fair point because usually when i go uh like if i if we take off for a week and go on vacation i rarely work out uh during that period and and part of it is like i will kind of set up my training so that the week before like it's going to be a really hard heavy week and then that week off i'm i'm not doing anything i'm walking a lot and i'm i'm very rarely going to the gym allison's a bit different

Um, but I definitely get a few good workouts in there because I don't know if you get this, but after kind of like the Christmas boxing day, like, you know, super calorie overload, man, that third day, the workouts feel frigging great.
