So I totally get it.
But if that is something that you just don't want to do and you want to help curb that a little bit, I would still just enjoy your planned kind of meals with friends.
Who cares what it is?
Just eat it, enjoy it.
One thing I do find that is nice is if you are off,
and you are at home and it's like, whatever, let's say it's this week coming up and you're off Tuesday, try and maintain your regular meal schedule that you already have going on.
So if you have like a smoothie for breakfast and then you make a sandwich for lunch and then you throw a roast on for dinner,
even though you're not working and the routine is broken up a little bit, try and maintain that as much as you can until you get up to Christmas Eve or Christmas or Boxing Day, whatever kind of days are your regular meals.
I find that helps a lot because I am super guilty of just like, it's like holiday time and even if it's like four days that I have off or something, I'm just going to eat terribly for these four days.
So I'm getting a lot better now at just being like, okay, cool.
Christmas and boxing day, fair game.
And then it's like, yeah, Saturday when I wake up, um, just make a normal breakfast, eat my normal lunch.
Um, you know, so that, that routine certainly helps a lot.
