Yeah, there's a lot of factors at play.

But what really happened at that time is that I kind of got to a healthy weight because I was so underweight from the smoking.

So I think that that can get convoluted sometimes where it's like skinny is healthy.

And it's like, no.

Not always.

So it's like part of it's coming back, getting our natural appetite.

But yeah, it's nothing that can't be lost.

Like you can't get your lung.

I mean, you can in some ways, but you can't always get back what you lose to smoking.

So yeah, it's all about the way you're feeling.

It's not the number.

Yeah.

Well, your story is amazing.

I think it's so incredible that you made this huge change, that you've stuck with it, that you found ways to cope.

And I'm wondering for someone that's in it and they want to be where you're at.

They have tried to quit.

They've come back.

Maybe they're on the fence about quitting.

There's some things they like.

They're not sure if they want to give it up.
