But this week, I, you know, I did because I've been thinking an awful lot about vanilla.

And I recently came into a cache of vanilla bean.

Speaking of gifts, somebody gave me like a bundle of 20 vanilla beans, which is a really nice gift.

And I am going to make our simple stovetop vanilla pudding.

I love pudding.

So much.

And this is a really nice recipe.

It comes together all on the stovetop and is made with sweetened condensed milk, which gives it like a very silky, nice texture.
