And yeah, it's really eyeopening to hear it coming from Wendy herself.
And additionally, we had in our reporting last night that part of the elder care, part of the Adult Protective Services case that was opened up
had to do in part with that her guardian had sent her to Miami to visit her father last month in February and that she was sent with a credit card that was declined.
And, you know, allegedly it is abusive to send somebody out into a different state without shelter or food, without any funds.
And so that was part of the reasoning behind the Adult Protective Services case being open last week.
It was part of the impetus behind it.
And, you know, it's really stunning to hear that here is this woman who's made millions, who she's worked her ass off for for years and years and years.
And, you know, for her not to have access to her money for her father's birthday.
And meanwhile, this guardian is allegedly spending her fortune on legal fees and legal bills.
And it's you know, it's really it's it's a real it's a really messed up situation.
And Wendy is basically caged.
You know, we'll see in the coming, I guess, days.
I, you know, I think I mentioned this last night.
I can't imagine that the guardianship is going to be like terminated this week.
That's going to be a long process.
But certainly it appears that there is a good, solid fight going to change the face of the guardianship for the time being to get Wendy into a less restrictive facility.
That is what she wants.
That's what she's been demanding for months now publicly.
And it does seem like this emergency petition to get her into a different living facility will go a long way towards that, hopefully, if things go her way today in court.
So what does that look like?
