Williams' attorney is filing an emergency petition today to remove her from her senior living facility in New York City after she passed a mental evaluation on Monday. She did it with flying colors. It's according to the reporting. And we have the reporter here who's going to talk to us about that. And also TMZ is going to join us in just moments. Sources close to Wendy exclusively told the U.S. Sun, the former queen of daytime TV. was held overnight at a local hospital after being admitted yesterday following a welfare check by the NYPD.

I'm not sure if this garden is being above board about everything that's happening with Wendy.
