Cortisol is often known as the stress hormone.
We all need cortisol to help us wake up in the morning.
But what tends to happen is we have an overproduction of cortisol due to stress.
And when you talk to any experts in the field of brain health, digestion, immune health, really across the board, doctors will say, you want to feel better, you've got to lower cortisol.

In this study, they found out that the decrease of cortisol was 43% from one session.
