Feels less alone.

I felt so alone.

You know what I did?

You blame yourself.

And I was like, maybe it's because I had too much coffee because there are studies showing high levels of caffeine can impact early pregnancy.

And I was Googling like celebrities who have had miscarriages.

I just wanted to hear stories.

I wanted to know that it happens to a lot of people.

It's not our fault.

So after that, I got pregnant again.

I know, but it's still super hard.

It is, yet, you know, as a mom-to-be, you're projecting.

You're like, oh, my baby's going to be born in December, and you create this whole story in your head.

So when you have the miscarriage, you have to disconnect and detach and grieve that story that you had.

So I get the scientific reason, but the emotional journey was just very, very hard.

And I just want to hold space for people who go through that to say, even though it's nature doing its job, it's still really, really freaking hard.

In any case, I got pregnant again.

I was very lucky.
