Every time you like we used to have an idea that people died of old age.
Now you can't put that on a death certificate.
Like that's not a way that you die.
And because of that, it's gotta be cardio, you know, cardiac arrest or it's gotta be something.
That means that death is always seen as like a failure.
Or like a a doctor kind of has to go, it was this that killed you.
Whereas aging and like the process of creating
Growing old and dying is like a very uh natural thing.
And the more that we try to resist that, and we is an interesting word, right?
Because anyone who has lived closely with someone who is dying of old age or is is getting older and older and their quality of life is deteriorating.
Or it's is
Has had a very uncomfortable conversation with them.
Yeah.
Who, you know, a lot of them will say, I'm actually done.
Like I'm happy.
I've I've lived my life.
But they what what do you do?
Maybe they don't have a terminal illness.
