And I will have a good time when I do that.

The thing is, my mindset is I'm going to have a good time.

When I see opportunities of getting rejected, I'm going to ask, and with the goal of trying to crack myself up, trying to crack the other person up, and lighten the mood for me and for the other person.

And that has so much application for me in business.

I try not to take myself so seriously when I ask for people in business.

I try to create some even artistic experience when I talk to people, when I write to people.

And that makes a huge difference.

At the time, I was living in Austin.

I went to the University of Texas in Austin.

I started knocking on professors' doors, and I just said, can I teach your class?

Can I teach your class?

But also, I didn't have that attachment to the outcome.

I didn't say I must teach your class.

i said i've told myself i'm gonna have attachment to the input when i just sit down with the professor i said i'm gonna teach you i want to teach your class and here's what i want to teach i started having showing uh my lectures up in powerpoints on the on the ipad and one professor

took interest in me.

He was like, oh, okay, this is interesting.

I've never seen anyone done this before.
