I'm actually surprised that that this effect is failed so fast.

Because I mean the few places I've been to, it seems that okay, people are anticipating certain like uh no uh some uncertainty with energy prices, but uh but the impact is not immediately felt yet.

So w what is the structural point about Vietnam that made it like sort of fast?

The shocks.

Because oil is a global commodity, that impacts the prices of everything.

And if the price remains elevated and the factory input is high, electricity cost is high, that would eventually translate down into inflation in the importing countries like the US, right?

And consumers I mean if nothing is done, consumers will feel the pain.

And that would bring us to, I don't know, twenty twenty three, where like inflation was the top talk about top the topic and it might have helped Trump with

winning election in like twenty twenty four, right?

They do have like huge uh shale oil industry and uh I remember m uh my discussions with the with the family o energy and there was lots of discussion about what would incentivize people in the US to actually extract shale at large scale.

So of obviously the oil price, one thing.

But again at the end of the day, this is the global commodity, right?
