Yeah.

That's a great question.

It's very layered.

And I've done different things throughout my life.

And I'm very empathic, very open to energy.

I think we're all empaths, by the way.

I think everybody listening to this right now, we're all empathic to a certain degree.

And I think that there can be times when we need to protect ourselves.

And I have certain protection practices that I do, like I'll encase myself in a white light, right?

You know, like I remember when I was pregnant with my first child, you know, everybody would come up to me and they would tell me their birth story.

And I don't know why, but.

Like the tough ones too?

Oh yeah.

Like it was, and I, I mean, I firmly believe that women, you know, can hold space for other women.

And I love women's circles.

I run women's circles.

And I think it can be so healing for women to open up about all kinds of things, including their traumatic birth stories.

When I was pregnant though, I was like, I don't want to take on this energy.

Yeah.

You know, I want to go through this process on my own terms with my own expectations.
