Well, there's so many parts of us and our biology that are absolutely amazing.

The fact that we're just breathing right now without thinking about it is amazing.

There's so many little things.

The fact that we have this brain that can set up these patterns, we can change, we can become conscious of it.

We can have discussions about...

so many different things.

What other species can sit here and have a discussion about consciousness and God and religion?

That alone is amazing.

And then we have this amazing brain that is set up to filter out so much.

And so I think that's the piece that a lot of people don't understand is there's so much happening around us.

There's so much stimuli happening.

There's lights.

There's

a whole energy happening.

And this isn't like energy woo-woo spiritual.

You know, there's just tons, tons happening.

Our brain has evolved to filter most of it out.
