Then we just naturally continue.
But I find that it really starts, it's very helpful to say, okay, I'm going to do this for 30 days.
We seek power, we seek happiness.
And so we're like, oh, if I get that white picket fence and I weigh 120 pounds and I drive that car, I'm going to feel powerful and I'm going to be happy.
Right?
So it's like there's that combined effect.
And I find that and I talk about this in the book because I go through my own journey of losing like everything I had.
And I had a lot.
I had a closet full of Prada and Gucci and all kinds of diamonds and all things.
And I basically lost most of it or put it in storage for a very long time.
And I don't think it's wrong necessarily to want things.
And so just stating that.
I know a lot of times when we talk about spirituality and talk to spiritual teachers and think of like Buddhism, it's all like, oh, you can't want anything.
Like desire is the root of all suffering.
I think it's okay to want things.
I think it's okay to want to drive a Porsche or want that house with, you know, a white picket fence.
Yeah.
What we don't want is our happiness or our empowerment to depend on those things.
Meaning if we lost them, we would still have both.
So it's okay to want things.
