But I think that's another interesting name out there that certainly has trade value.

So, look, I definitely expect the Chicago Cubs to be active.

I definitely expect that we'll see by Monday at 6 o'clock they will have acquired one or two pitchers.

I'll be surprised if they don't.

I just will be shocked or stunned that they're able to get one of the big names just because if either Scooble or Miller is traded, if, and that's a huge if, the teams that have better systems are more Dodgers, Yankees, Brewers, Rays have better systems than the Cubs and have more prospect power in their cabinets than the Chicago Cubs do at this point.

Yeah, I mean, I think maybe Hunter Green gets trade from the Reds, which is pretty amazing.

I mean, as long as his medicals are cleared, just because he has the potential of being a number one, and he's young, and he's controllable, and he signs.

So I think that would be a shock.

I think C.J.

Abrams and the Nationals, even though they're in the middle of the race here, they're at least listening on him.

They've not been able to extend him long-term, which has been a problem.

His trade value will never be higher.

So guys like Hunter Green or C.J.

Abrams,

uh could shock us heck maybe even la de la cruz could be a guy because they can't sign him long term he turned down the joey vato deal so you know i think if there is going to be a surprise it's going to be that young superstar that the small market team can't extend long term and they want to check out and get the biggest possible return they can so i think if it's a surprise it's going to be that i also think you will see some contending teams that get shut out at the deadline

and fan bases will be a little bit disappointed.

But I think that's just part of the parity market that we're in right now that you can't control.

I mean, when you're sitting there with 22 teams within three and a half games of the playoffs, you know, there's not a lot of teams that are going to sit there and do a lot of selling at the deadline.

So the headliner becomes the New York Nets and the San Francisco Giants and

more than anybody else because they have the most to trade.
