The truth is that we can, through our own awareness, become aware of patterns that otherwise were not visible to us.
Can we release it, step into something new, upgrade our operating system with the awareness of what it is?
Because there's three things that we truly need.

I love that question because it really
begs the question, is willpower enough when you say, I want something different, and you go out and you try to do it, and all of a sudden
You go back in an old pattern and all of a sudden you're in the same old pattern, the same familiar.
Uh the same familiar parts of you are showing up.
And also I I talk to a lot of people.
I was there myself.
It's like I'm not feeling great.
I feel stuck.
I'm gonna move.
You know, like maybe I'll move, you know, Costa Rica.
I'm in New York City, maybe I'll move to California and I've had this thinking that you cannot escape your mind.
Or I'm gonna
may be fun for a couple of weeks and then it's like, oh, I'm still here.
Uh and and so I think the real thing that people are missing is that they have this subconscious patterns, these this these stories that we get caught in that develop our identity and that create our reality.
And so once we start to really get into the subconscious, those patterns.
then we can start to say, oh
