When I first when I started to love myself, I noticed that I was sleeping better.
I would just fall asleep.
I wouldn't have those ruminating thoughts.
And when I woke up, I would make sure that I saw my dog.
I'd say, Good morning, Odie.

I'd raise my voice.
He'd get really excited.
And I was like, Okay, this is this is stepping into this idea of joy and happiness.
And then at home
Yeah, I'm not complain complaining about the pain in my body as much anymore.
And and so and then all of a sudden say, Okay, I love myself enough to
posts to be seen.
Yeah.
And maybe I'll post something on social media.
And that then that magnetic frequency of the loving energy that I put into that piece of content that people saw on the other side is no one's listening to your message.
They're feeling your energy.
Yeah.
That you think that you have to get every word right and and especially a speech in front of people, you can't do it.
