And it's weird to me because the CIA's job is to take in information.

And by law, if there's a chance that there is some illegal activity that occurred, we have to inform the CIA that, hey, listen, there's an employee that might be involved in this.

And that facility is for polygraphs, by the way, which is basically an interrogation tool.
