Your whole program says life is bigger than work, but you spend your time with founders and CEOs whose lives are often, that's their life.

It is their work.

How do you have that conversation with somebody who doesn't actually want a balanced life?

That is a great perspective.

I sat down with a studio musician who's a jazz guitarist and he was teaching me and he was taking me to that next level.

And as a studio musician, I said, well, you know, I try and practice 30 minutes a day.

I said, how much, you know, I was really proud of that.

I said, how much do you practice a day?

He goes, five hours, five hours a day.

like five hours a day, but you could put him up on stage on American Idol or anything and just throw music in front of him.

He could, he could play it, but that's, that's a different level.

That's what he wanted.

That's what he does for me.
